Ever wonder what it takes to look so great on the red carpet? We've always wondered! What does one eat before a big event or what do they put in their purse or pockets? Buzznet's Patty Gopez was in on all the red carpet action at the L.A. premiere of the movie Anna Karenina, starring Keira Knightley and Jude Law. We caught up with the movie's director Joe Wright as well as cast members Domhnall Gleeson, Alicia Vikander, and Guro Schia who spilled on their carpet prep.
