Amanda Bynes Involved In Another Hit-And-Run!

Amanda Bynes has been accused of ANOTHER hit-and-run! The woman whos Toyota Corolla was hit by a black BMW. The lady identified as Kisa, said that the actress pulled over but when the lady asked Bynes for her insurance information she got nervous. After discussing the accident, Bynes said that damage wasn't that bad and then preceded to get into her car and drive away!

Kisa described the actress as looking like a "hot-mess." This will be the fourth hit and run Amanda is accused of. That has to be a record! What do you think? Do you think all these hit-and-runs were really all by Amanda Bynes? Is she really that BAD of a driver?
