Candy Hearts just released their new acoustic EP with a set of songs that hold a special place in singer Mariel Loveland’s heart. According to Mariel, these songs are amongst, the most frighteningly honest she’s ever written. The best way to understand a musician is to ask them who influences and inspires them musically, so we met with Mariel Loveland and Kris Hayes from Candy Hearts in Amoeba Music to talk about their favorite records.
