Recently, my pops moved back to Phoenix from Michigan, and has reconnected his friendship with his friend Mark. They have been hanging out a lot, just like the good ole days.. I kept asking my dad about Ashley, because I obviously haven't forgotten about my first crush ever. But, the chances that Ashley was single were 'slim-to-none'.. Like I said, she was gorgeous!
My dad called me a couple of weeks ago and told me that him and Mark were coming to my older brothers concert in Tempe. I said "Hey, you should see if Ashley wants to come". He replied with "you know she's single right?" I laughed out loud, and immediately added her on the old reliable, Facebook. She replied almost instantly, and agreed to come to the show. We had a caught up and had a blast, just like old times. We literally picked up where we left off. We've been hanging out a lot over the past two weeks, and having a great time with each other. I won't bore you with any of the details.., but guess who my date is for Valentines Day this year? ;) Color me excited.
Take care guys, and have a lovey-dovey Valentines Day.
Love,
Kyle Rodgers
