Exclusive: The Maine Share Their Favorite Tour Memories
From Kennedy:
This winter we played some really intimate shows, surrounding the release of our new album pioneer. On that short run, we played a very memorable show to me, at a venue called Chain Reaction. Some of our first successful shows were there, and it stands out in my mind as a huge stepping stone for our band. On November 22, 2011, during an intermission from our show, we played a mockumetary jokingly explaining a brief history of the band. While we played it, I was able to watch the crowds reaction. I can hardly describe how amazing it felt to laugh and reminisce with the people we grew up with. I think that seeing the video in front of that specific crowd reminded me of how lucky we are to continue to thrive as a band, and to have the support we've been shown over the past five years.
